Undemocratic regimes are applying increasingly sophisticated methods of repression beyond their own borders. They are using the mechanisms of Interpol and extradition procedures to persecute their opponents. How can we prevent and counteract it?

About The Foundation

The Open Dialog Foundation was established on the initiative of Lyudmyla Kozlovska in 2009 in Poland. Its statutory aims are the protection of human rights, democracy and and the rule of law in the post-Soviet area.
