Secretary of the District Committee of the Kazakhstan Communist Party Sergey Ryzhkov was detained on 27 March 2011 in Kokshetau on a charge of the terrorism. 44 stickers with the words “You vote for Nazarbaev – you vote against yourself” were found in his bag during the examination. That was those visit card size stickers that became a reason for the charge.
