On 28 March 2011 an activist of the FORVERS Automobilists Protection Association, Ltd. from the city of Rudnoe (Kostanaysk District) Oleg Barvin was arrested only because he took part in an action connected with a meeting with a presidential candidate Nursltan Nazarbaev. A provocation was organized against him at the Rudnoe City Railway Station where he came in order to go to Astana. Later he was convicted based on testimonial evidences from an unknown person.
