A few days ago, we delivered 100 mattresses to war victims – mainly women and children – forced to leave their own homes, who found temporary asylum in one of the shelters in Truskavets.
Women and children who flee the ongoing war often stop in the vicinity of Lviv. One such shelter has become Truskavets. Here, every day more and more so-called internally displaced persons (IDPs) arrive, i.e. refugees in their own country. They arrive lost and confused. Although a shelter will never replace their home, we are happy to be able to contribute at least a little to make them feel cared for. We are with you.
Thanks go to Agnieszka Wierzbicka and Dawid Adach for the efficient coordination of purchases and shipping of transport to Ukraine.
