On Thursday, 12 December 2019, the European Parliament held a conference entitled „The Law and Justice Campaign against the Polish Judiciary”, organised by the Renew Europe group and the Open Dialogue Foundation. The event found reverberation in the Polish media, both pro-government and independent.
Media outlets, such as: Gazeta Wyborcza, Dziennik.pl and Interia.pl wrote about the conference, attended by the President of the Open Dialogue Foundation Lyudmyla Kozlovska, MEP Róża Thun and Polish judges and prosecutors, and about the Law and Justice members’ reactions to the event. The Polsat television broadcasted a detailed coverage of the event, and the pro-government Polish Television devoted at least 10 reports to it.
