Speaking on Polish radio as part of the ‘Muzyczna Jedynka’ programme, the musicians of the Taraka band spoke about helping Ukraine in cooperation with Open Dialogue Foundation. The band will transfer the money from the sale of their CDs to help Ukraine via the foundation. The ‘Podaj rękę Ukrainie’ (‘Hold out your hand to Ukraine’) album was recorded especially for the purpose of collecting funds for Ukraine. The swiftly released album is enjoying widespread popularity, its three-language ‘Podaj rękę Ukrainie’ song having quickly become an informal anthem of Maidan.
