Bartosz Kramek on the role of the West and the situation in Ukraine

Bartosz Kramek, Chair of the Foundation’s Council, interviewed by Polsat News, commented on Kerry’s statement in which the US secretary of state condemned the act of aggression by Russia. He also emphasised the need to introduce sanctions against Russia pointing out, at the same time, that at a critical point, sanctions imposed on Yanukovych caused a change in his position and put an end to the fights in Kiev.
