Krzysztof Bukowski of the Open Dialogue Foundation spoke about the situation in Ukraine, the propaganda war waged by Russia and the missing Foundation observer, Sierhij Lefter.
“The coming Easter period, during which we will all be celebrating, will in actual fact, be an ideal moment for the Russians to do something: to take actions. Europe will have even less time to react, responses will be even slower – delayed. This is an ideal situation for them to further strengthen the propaganda war or take up more radical action, as regards the case of Sierhij who was has been detained and no one knows what is happening to him.”
