The chair of the Open Dialogue Foundation’s Council, Bartosz Kramek, and Dr Łukasz Jasina of Kultura Liberalna spoke about the situation in Ukraine in an interview for TVN24 Biznes i Świat: The Council’s Chair pointed to the threat relating to the pre-election period in Ukraine, “This time is critical and it seems that the Russians want to use this pre-election period maximally in order to discredit the authorities in Kiev; in order to show that Ukraine is an anarchised and destabilised state“.
