Bartosz Kramek, Chair of the Foundation’s Council, in an interview for Polsat News, spoke about the West’s reactions in respect of the Russian Federation. Kramek said that the European Union limited itself to making statements and considered the Union’s position to be too weak, “firm political and economic isolation of Russia and sanctions, furthest-reaching, are the methods which need to be implemented. The response is still too weak and particularly striking is another statement by Catherine Ashton who said yesterday that she was ‘deeply concerned’ which, in Ukraine, raises only a smile of disdain“.
