The May programme “Telenovyny“, aired by Polish regional public television, was devoted, amongst others things, to the centre for assistance to Ukraine, the “Ukrainian World“.
“Ukrainian World“is a place of support for Ukrainians living in Warsaw and political refugees from Ukraine. It operates under the Open Dialogue Foundation and focuses on providing psychological help and legal assistance to Maidan victims. The Foundation’s staff and volunteers help them; inter alia, to find work and/or accommodation in Poland.
“Ukrainian World” is one of the Foundations’ projects intended not only to help Ukrainians, but also to help them integrate into Polish society. The centre is located at 63 Nowy Świat Street in Warsaw.
“Telenovyny“ is an information programme in Ukrainian, translated into Polish, and its addressees include the Ukrainian minority in Poland.
