An observer of the Open Dialogue Foundation’s mission, Agnieszka Góralska, was talking at TVN24 Biznes i Świat station about the situation in the eastern Ukraine:
“Whatever is going on in the east, it is at the hands of the local separatists. This is already common knowledge in Kiev, even though it deemed to be mainly Russia and the Russians who were fighting there for a long time. It appears that Kiev intends to manage this problem internally and such are the moods and expectations towards the new President”.
