In a talk on tvp.info, Krzysztof Bukowski was speaking about the spirits before the referendum in Donbas:
“In the Crimea, social mood was much stronger. Here, it is not that strong, but the whole propaganda machinery and military blackmail of Russian units make it likely for the scenario to be repeated. In particular because (…) those who are in favour of joining Russia are the most visible.”
