The Home for Independent Mums at Al. Jerozolimskie in Warsaw
In August, two months before her due date, Yana was born. Her mother is already at home with her two other children and goes to the hospital twice a day with milk for her premature baby girl. Yana will be discharged from the hospital in the next few days and will live with her family.
The Home for Independent Mums in Jakubowizna
The apple picking season has begun in Jakubowizna. The wards and their children were involved in the garden work.
Every week we continue to hold sessions with a psychologist hired by our Foundation, who works with the children on emotional coping skills, persistence and the ability to ask and offer support.
This week, Polina from the Home for Independent Mums in Jakubownia celebrated her 9th birthday. There was a cake, presents and lots of fun! We wish her all the happiness!
The Home for Independent Mums at Łukowska street in Warsaw
Two families — Viktoriya and Yulia and their children — have moved into the newly created third Home for Independent Mums in Warsaw. The girls immediately started working and the kids are already going to school and integrating with Polish children.
