On the initiative of the Open Dialog Foundation and the EuroMaidan organisation, a leaflet action ‘Stop the Mistral deal’ was held in Warsaw on 13 July, 2104, i.e. on the eve of the anniversary of the fall of the Bastille. In the Skaryszewski Park, we protested against re-arming of Putin’s Russia by France.
The aim of the campaign was to inform visitors of the French exposition area in the Skaryszewski Park about the deal involving the selling Mistral warships by France to Russia. The action arouse the interest of passers-by and sparked outrage among organisers of the celebration to commemorate the anniversary of the outbreak of the French Revolution.
