Tomasz Czuwara: “It is time to move on from words to actions”

The ODF spokesman also commented on the permeability of the Ukrainian border and low morale in some parts of the Ukrainian armed forces. He urged EU to make firm moves against Russia and introduce tougher sanctions. “It is time to move on from words to actions”, says Czuwara.
