Putin’s moves are purely tactical and designed to soften the pathetic position of the West, said Bartosz Kramek, ODF’s Chairman, in his interview for “TVN Biznes i Świat”.
Kramek considers Russia to be a dictatorship, claiming that the situation in the east of Ukraine serves to prove this. He is also critical of the idea to launch talks between Ukraine and the East: “The East is not a partner in talks (…) The East is the object of the game, and Russia is steering it. The East is not an autonomous state.”
