The rp.pl website described the challenges faced by foundations and individuals who want to support those fighting in eastern Ukraine by sending them protective equipment such as bulletproof vests or helmets. The article mentions the investigation launched by the district attorney’s office in Zamośćin relation to ODF’s support for Ukraine provided in March 2014. At the same time – as reported by the Polish Press Agency – according to the Polish Ministry of Defence, helmets and vests are not considered weapons.
