The spokesman for the Open Dialogue Foundation, Tomasz Czuwara, and Anna Maria Dyner of the Polish Institute of International Affairs, interviewed by Radio TOK FM, talked about the risks and costs of an open Russian intervention in Ukraine.
‘For the Russian army, an intervention would involve a high risk and big losses’, Tomasz Czuwara emphasised on Radio TOK FM. He also mentioned that at the summit meeting in Geneva in April, Russia requested a mandate to enter the Ukrainian territory under the pretense of peace operations.
