Natalia Panchenko, coordinator of the kuloodporni.org campaign and Chair of Euromaidan Warsaw, together with Tomasz Czuwara, spokesman for the Open Dialog Foundation, speaking on TVP Polonia, pointed out that neither a vest nor a helmet is capable of killing anybody – this is equipment for saving human lives. The problem is that Polish law treats it on a par with offensive weapons. Because of this, the law in this respect needs to be amended as soon as possible.
