RDC, the regional broadcasting agency of the Polish Radio, invited the people of Warsaw to paint icons and train in Cossack martial arts and other activities. The event is due to take place on 23rd and 24th August.
On the occasion of the Ukrainian Independence Day and Flag Day, the Open Dialogue Foundation together with the Warsaw EuroMaidan, has organised, among other events, a parade of embroideries, which sets off on Sunday at 1 p.m. from the Castle Square in Warsaw. The celebrations are also scheduled to include concerts, parades, classes for children and adults as well as soccer and basketball games. The patronage of the events is held by the embassy of Ukraine in Warsaw.
