The Polish Press Agency publicised fundraisers for Ukraine organised throughout Poland. Humanitarian aid is delivered, aside from the Ministry of Defense, also by organisations such as PAH, Caritas and the Open Dialogue Foundation.
Money raised by the Foundation will be used to purchase CELOX wound treatment kits, helmets and bulletproof vests for the Ukrainian military and members of the National Guard.
The most effective form of assistance is a fundraiser. “Money allows for aid to be directed more precisely in order to support those in the field who need assistance the most” – says Tomasz Czuwara, press spokesman for the Fund, in an interview to the PPA.
The Foundation welcomes donations made to a dedicated account: 56 2490 0005 0000 4600 5911 3255. The transfer must be described as “bronezhylety”, bądź „kuloodporni.org”.
