The regional Zamość newspaper “Kronika Tygodnia“ reports on the verdict by the Tomaszów Mazowiecki court in the case of the 42 seized bulletproof vests. On August 11th, the court rejected the appeal filed by the Open Dialogue Foundation representatives, stating that the equipment is evidence in a legal case. The article quotes Tomasz Czuwara, the press spokesman for the Foundation, who points to the callousness of the Polish regulations; blocking aid which could be saving lives.
