As reported by the Polish Press Agency, “The mission by the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe, monitoring the execution of Geneva agreement on stabilisation of eastern Ukraine situation, is unable to enter the city of Slavyansk, controlled by the pro-Russian separatists of the Donetsk region.” The PAP telegraph also informs of the capture of Serhiy Lefter – observer for the Open Dialogue Foundation.
