The portal tvp.info publishes information on the kidnapping of the Open Dialogue Foundation observer, S. Lefter.
“We only know Serhiy Lefter was present at some important recording at the Ukrainian Security Service building. Other broadcasters from there were also kidnapped. There is a suspicion Serhiy may have been taken by the same people. The kidnappers were well-organised, they looked like military” – as said in an interview for tvp.info by Lyudmyla Kozlovska, President of the Open Dialogue Foundation.
