Polish Press Agency reports, citing the Dziennik Polski, on the confiscation of bulletproof vests which were part of the humanitarian aid being sent to Ukraine by the Open Dialogue Foundation.
As the PAP reports, a couple of dozen bulletproof vests now lie in storage with Polish Customs – now lying “virtually idle, as customs deemed that they are to serve as evidence in a criminal case against the Ukrainians who attempted to ship them east”.
As the agency informs, the shipping of vests and helmets across state borders is permitted for personal use.
