The spokesman for the Open Dialog Foundation, Tomasz Czuwara, and attorney Wojciech Mądrzycki commented on the district court’s decision to dismiss their complaint in the case of bulletproof vests that were seized as evidence in a pending investigation. “We think that the vests should be returned so that they can fulfil their function, however, the court decided that at this stage of the fiscal criminal proceedings, the return of these vests would be unjustified, which says nothing about the final verdict in the case or about when this equipment may actually be returned,”says counsellor Mądrzycki.
