Krzysztof Bukowski for TVP.info on the Russian aid convoy

Krzysztof Bukowski of the Open Dialogue Foundation appeared on TVP info’s morning show to talk about the Russian convoy. He described it as Russia’s attempt to change tactics. As Bukowski noted, this move was aimed at the international audience and is pure propaganda. The trucks are not marked as Red Cross, and the organisation itself denies any involvement in this aid campaign, says Bukowski. The rest of the world should respond with its own aid effort, he adds.
