OBSERVATION MISSION AT UKRAINE’S LOCAL ELECTIONS

The Open Dialog Foundation announces a call for participation in the observation mission at local elections in Ukraine (October 31, 2010).

Eligibility criteria for observers:

  • citizenship of Poland;
  • permanent residence in Poland;
  • previous experience in election observation;
  • language proficiency: English and Russian or Ukrainian – fluent;
  • excellent health;
  • willingness to work long hours in tough conditions;
  • team player;
  • age over 21.

Applicants need to send their applications and a scanned copy of their passport ID page by 12.00 October 19, 2010. Please send all the documents at: lyudmylakozlovska (at) odfoundation.eu.

A special committee created by the Foundation shall compile a list of participants from the applicants. No interview required. All potential participants shall be notified and provided with details by October 20. Expected departure date to Ukraine – October 29, return date – November 1.

The Foundation reimburses travel and accommodation costs of observers in Ukraine, however, it does not provide insurance. We encourage participants to take out their own insurance.
