As reported by dziennik.pl portal – 200 used vests which were to be delivered to Ukraine, were seized by the Internal Security Agency and have been lying in storage in the Lubuskie region. As the Foundation’s spokesman comments on the matter in the article, it is Polish regulations that have failed again.
