Portal wyborcza.pl reported on the confiscation of EUR 50,000 worth of vests from Ukrainians who had attempted to transport equipment protecting life, as the Open Dialogue Foundation assures. The material cites the Foundation’s spokesman, Tomasz Czuwara, who points to the absurdity of Polish regulations: “In this country, one can have legal bullet-proof vests but one cannot sell or even donate them to anybody. These vests can save the lives of Ukrainians but are lying in storage instead”.
