Dziennik Polskihas published a note about the Open Dialog Foundation’s aid campaign for Ukraine. On September 16, the foundation’s volunteers carried across the border 70 helmets for volunteer battalions. Before August 22, according to Polish legislation, one soldier was entitled to just one helmet, while now – after the latest amendment – one person can have five.
