According to PAP, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs admits the fact that MEP R. Harms was refused entry to Russia was “directly linked to the existence of a black list.”
Harms was a member of a monitoring mission organised by the Open Dialogue Foundation, and was to be present at hearings in the trial of Ukrainian pilot, N. Savchenko.
