Alma Shalabayeva, the wife of the Kazakh dissident, Mukhtar Ablyazov, met with PACE President, Anne Brasseur, and Lyudmyla Kozlovska, President of the Open Dialogue Foundation in Strasbourg.
Their meeting was devoted to the abuse of Interpol’s mechanisms by countries such as Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine in the times of Yanukovych. Another topic raised during this meeting was the need for a lustration process in Ukraine, based on transparent procedures.
