A press conference was held in the Polish office of the European Parliament on Monday, 27th October, summarising the early parliamentary elections in Ukraine.

Michał Boni, who as one of 15 MEPs in Kharkiv, was observing the elections in person, Sergey Khutorski, counsellor at the Ukrainian Embassy, and Bartosz Kramek, Chair of the Council of the Open Dialogue Foundation, were talking about the meaning of the victory of pro-reformatory forces of Ukraine.
