In its news programme, TVP Rzeszów reported that a Pole has been wounded by shots fired by separatists in Donbas. The situation was commented upon by Agnieszka Piasecka of the Open Dialogue Foundation who pointed out the threat to civilians. Amongst the residents of Donbas there are still about a hundred Poles holding Polish ID Cards.
