A volunteer of the Open Dialogue Foundation, Tomasz Maciejczuk, talked on TVN BiŚ about the Ukrainians killed amongst the rubble of the new Donetsk airport terminal. Russia, according to Maciejczuk, is gaining an advantage due, amongst other things, to better equipment. The Ukrainians apparently have a shortage of “night vision, thermal night vision devices and optical apparatus for guns”.
