Once again, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has deprived Russia from the right to vote. Due to Lyudmyla Kozlovska, the President of the Open Dialogue Foundation, this organizaion should take more resolute measures and exclude this country absolutely.
We believe that the Russian delegation should be completely excluded from the PACE due to the fact that they use this mandate in the first place in order to avoid responsibility and the sanctions distributed by the European Union and the United States and Canada for their delegates. For example, these sanctions apply to Sergey Naryshkin, Sergey Zheleznyak, and Leonid Slutsky. At the same time this mandate is used as an opportunity to influence direction of voting at the PACE to show that the EU and it’s member states support Russian actions in the East of Ukraine -Lyudmyla Kozlovska has stated
