In Kyiv, in front of the EU Delegation, the Open Dialogue Foundation organised a happening in support the unlawfully abducted and arrested Ukrainian lieutenant N. Savchenko.
The performance could not have been complete without the greedy Vladimir Putin, the unpunished separatist-terrorist, the innocent citizen, an anxious Europe and the International Court of Justice in the Hague. The staged performance had a happy ending, and we believe that everything will follow a similar path off stage too.
Through the happening we wanted to point out the necessity for Europe to take firmer steps to bring about the release of Savchenko. We also encouraged the EU and PACE to consider the so-called “DNR” and “LNR” terrorist groups.
