Natalia Panchenko commented, for the portal forsal.pl, on the peace stipulations adopted in Minsk. In her view, the chances of their implementation are small.
In Panchenko’s opinion, the negotiated agreement is nothing new compared with the previous ones, and experience shows that the chance for peace is small. Hardly any of the September arrangements in Minsk have been upheld and the separatists continued to fire shots, even during the official ceasefire. Now the situation may be repeated, Panchenko warned.
