Interviewed by Polish Radio, the spokesman for the Open Dialogue Foundation (ODF), Tomasz Czuwara assessed the military potential of the Ukrainian army emphasising how important it is for the West to provide Ukrainians with training and support. In the opinion of Czuwara, the Ukrainian/US military exercise planned for the end of April is, at the same time, a political sign indicating that Ukraine is not completely isolated.
