Would you like to meet successful Poles from around the world and discover how to build your own career path? The Young Polish Diaspora Leaders Academy is for you!
The project, funded under the Polish Senate’s 2025 Programme for the Support of the Polish Diaspora and Poles Abroad, is aimed at young people of Polish descent from around the world, particularly high school and university students. It consists of a series of 10 online training sessions featuring outstanding Poles who have achieved international success in fields ranging from business and media to politics. Through lectures and interactive workshops, participants will develop leadership skills, benefit from individual consultations, and draw inspiration from the personal success stories of the speakers.
The Young Polish Diaspora Leaders Academy is a unique opportunity to learn from individuals who have built successful careers around the world – in business, finance, politics, media, and academia!
Over several weeks at the end of the year, you will take part in an intensive series of online sessions that will help you:
✨ broaden your horizons;
✨ gain practical knowledge;
✨ build an international network;
✨ discover your own leadership potential.
This is a space where young people like you can shape their future with confidence, ambition, and purpose.
During the 10 online sessions, you will:
🌍 hear the stories and experiences of leaders from Microsoft, Meta, Politico, Fiserv, the University of Sydney, as well as experts from academia, politics, investment, and the NGO sector;
🤝 have the opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with the speakers;
🚀 participate in workshops designed to strengthen your leadership skills;
🎤 receive individual guidance on your personal and professional development;
📜 earn a certificate of participation upon attending at least 8 out of 10 sessions.

Format: Online, once a week, 1.5-hour sessions (most held in the evening)
