Due to release of the report “Abusive use of the INTERPOL system: the need for more stringent legal safeguards” by the Special Rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Member of the Parliament Mr Dr. Bernd Fabritius (Germany, EPP/CD) and the Open Dialogue Foundation organise an expert seminar to assess its findings, comment on the reform adopted by INTERPOL so far, discuss present challenges related to abuse of the INTERPOL system and project the future in this regard.
Therefore, we would like to kindly invite you to the event “Ending abuse of INTERPOL’s Red Notices: how to implement the recommendations of PACE Legal Committee“, which will be held in Strasbourg on Wednesday 26 April 2017, from 13.00 to 14.00 pm, at the premises of the PACE, Palais de l’Europe, Room 5. The event will be co-hosted by the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the PACE; MP Mr Bernd Fabritius (Germany, EPP/CD) together with the Open Dialogue Foundation.
