On March 24th, 2011 the Central Election Committee (CEC) has accredited more than 860 international observers on presidential elections. This information was informed by the member of CEC Tatyana Ohlopkova and 335 of them were from mission of Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights/ Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. 375 were from Commonwealth of Independent States, 12 were from mission of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, 22 were from international organizations and 124 were from the foreign states.
