The teachers of Uralsk schools were obliged to specify the lists of voters. According to one of the teachers, they should do it during the free time from work. On one of the meetings teachers got the information that they would be volunteers. They have certificates with their surnames there and list of houses which should be visited. In addition, teachers were obliged to campaign for Nursultan Nazarbayev at parent meetings. At attempts to refuse “such volunteer activity” pressure was put on teachers.
