On 14th September, another international mission was launched concerning the Ukrainian female pilot N. Savchenko who was abducted by the Russian Federation’s special services.
Russia continues to abuse the mechanisms of international criminal prosecution
Russia has put Pavel Ushevets, a Ukrainian ‘rooftopper’, on the international wanted list. Pavel became subject to criminal prosecution after having conducted a pro-Ukrainian performance in Moscow.

On 14th September, another international mission was launched concerning the Ukrainian female pilot N. Savchenko who was abducted by the Russian Federation’s special services.
Ukrainian pilot N. Savchenko to go to psychiatric hospital
The court in Voronez has decided to extend the detention of the pilot N. Savchenko until 30 October and ordered, at the same time, that the Ukrainian lieutenant is to undergo so-called stationary expert psychiatric examination in the Serbsky Institute in Moscow.
The fourth observation mission to the Russian Federation – 24th – 28th August
At the end of August, the Open Dialogue Foundation organised a fourth observation mission to the Russian Federation concerning the illegally detained Ukrainian nationals: Oleg Sentsov, Aleksey Chirniy and Nadiya Savchenko. The mission was joined by Lilia Naumchuk (OZON) and Petro Okhotin (ODF).
