The Foundation organises observation missions which monitor socio-political situations and respect for human rights in the largest countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
We observed the trials of Kazakh dissentients and protesting workers of oil concerns. We monitored the situation in the town of Zhanaozen and the village of Shetpe in the region of Mangistau, in the west of Kazakhstan, following the tragic events of December, 2011.
