Alina Dukhonchenko
A sociologist by training, she graduated from Zaporizhzhia National University. In Ukraine, she worked, among other jobs, in a kindergarten. She fled to Poland to escape the war caused by the Putin regime.
Being a refugee under the care of our House of Independent Mothers from Ukraine, she quickly became a proactive volunteer and is now the shift coordinator at the ODF resettlement point at Warsaw Eastern Station – she runs a comprehensive support service for refugees, organising transport and temporary accommodation for them, among other things. She also supports the public relations team by creating and posting content on our social media.
In her private life, she is the mother of 6-year-old Polina and a fan of fashion and art.
