He studied political sciences at the National University of ‘Kyiv-Mohyla Academy’ and the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. His field of expertise includes analysis of political processes in the former Soviet states, foreign policy of the former Soviet states, human rights and political freedoms in current authoritarian regimes.
