Catherine is a third-year undergraduate student at American University pursuing a major in
International Studies with concentrations in National Security, Foreign Policy, and Europe, along with a minor in French.

She has hands-on experience in open-source intelligence, where she gained critical thinking and intelligence analysis skills in research. She also has public service experience through serving on a committee for a local non-profit in DC and interning with her local community police office. Both of those experiences have encouraged her interest in serving others and shown the importance of community work.

She is passionate about protecting human rights and the rule of law and is interested in studying how to create policy to protect those values.
